Registration

Registration will open from February 2027 onwards. For presenting participants, registration will depend on the acceptance of their paper. To submit your paper or panel, please visit the Call for Papers page.

Participant Fees

For presenting participants, we apply the following registration fees:

• 395 EUR for senior researchers (professors and postdoctoral researchers)
• 245 EUR for junior researchers (doctoral researchers)
• 245 EUR for scholars from institutions that are not based in high-income countries (we apply the 2022 country overview from the World Bank)

For non-presenting participants: 

If you are not presenting an academic paper, you can register as a non-presenting participant. Your registration fee for accessing all panels and events will be 130 EUR per day, or 245 EUR if you register for the full three days of the conference. Please note that we are not in a position to issue visa invitation letters for non-presenting participants.

Participants of organising partners get a 30% reduction on their registration fee.

Catering (lunch, drinks, refreshments) will be provided for all registered participants.
